Role Profile

Our client, is a construction supplier business looking to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor to join their operation, providing leadership and direction to the customer service assistants to ensure that an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the customer service function operates effectively
  • Document and manage all customer service process' and procedures
  • Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the business
  • Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Customer Services Supervisor role
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging customer services environment
  • A track record of managing large, successful teams
